Information used

Your profile stores your chosen name, birth date, birth time or unknown-time status, country/region, time zone and offset, interests and any selected traditional calculation basis. It also stores a profile identifier and creation/update times. Compatibility uses the birth details, name, relationship type and consent record of people you enter and save. Language and app progress are stored separately. Birth entry does not use your address book or GPS location.

Purpose and calculation

Birth details are used on your device to calculate your chart, fortunes and compatibility and to show readings for the selected date and relationship. The current on-device calculation path does not send your profile to a remote chart-calculation server. Names label profiles and saved people; they do not change chart calculations. Use another person’s details only with the required permission and consent.

Storage and retention

Profiles, saved people and in-app data copies are kept in the device’s secure storage. Language and progress settings are kept in local app settings storage. Saved information remains until you edit or delete it. Automatic Android app backup is disabled. Uninstalling is not guaranteed to remove secure-storage information on every device or operating system; use the app’s deletion controls. Support emails and attachments are deleted within six months after an inquiry is resolved. Where a dispute is ongoing or retention is required by law, they are kept only for the necessary period and then deleted. Separate backups held by the email provider follow that provider’s policy.

Copies and sharing

A data copy contains the profile and saved people you select. Copying places this information on your device’s clipboard. If you paste it into another app or share it yourself, that app or recipient processes it. Deleting in-app data does not remove clipboard contents, pasted documents, sent emails or copies received by others. Review the information before copying or sending it. Backup files encrypt only your selected profile and saved people. Restoration takes place on your device. Neither the app nor the operator keeps your password; lost passwords cannot be recovered. You choose where to save the file. If you choose cloud storage, that service’s policy applies. Deleting in-app information does not delete external backup files. Inquiry emails are processed by Google’s Gmail service. Cloudflare hosts the public policy pages and may process IP addresses and request/browser information for delivery and security. These pages have no birth-data entry fields or separate analytics or advertising tracking. Opening them does not send birth details stored on your device. Google sign-in is optional. Google processes your email, basic profile and account identifiers for authentication; Supabase processes them for account and membership verification. Birth details and saved people are not sent. Login tokens stay in secure device storage and are excluded from sharing and backups. Account information is kept until deletion. Delete TAERYNEX account on the account screen removes the account and linked membership access records, not device data, external backups, your Google account or Google Play subscriptions. Delete device data separately through Delete app data in More. Support records and provider logs or backups may remain under applicable retention policies or legal duties. Providers may process information outside your country. For inquiries or deletion requests outside the app: taerynex@gmail.com Purchases and privacy Buying or restoring purchases sends your Google Play purchase token and product identifiers to Supabase with your account. Google Play verifies purchase status and access dates. Birth details, saved people and card numbers are not sent. Purchase tokens are encrypted with a server-only key. Purchase and order identifier hashes, products, access periods and refund-check records are processed. Verification records are kept until account deletion. Encrypted tokens are deleted when their linked purchase is replaced or the account is deleted. Expired or cancelled token cleanup runs during purchase rechecks, not immediately at expiry. Delete TAERYNEX account also deletes linked purchase records and encrypted tokens. Deleting app data or signing out does not delete server records or cancel Google Play subscriptions. Cancel subscriptions in Google Play.

Error reports and inquiries

This version does not automatically report app errors externally. If you send an inquiry email, your email address and the content or attachments you choose to send are processed in the support mailbox and by the email service. Send only what is needed and leave out unnecessary personal information, including another person’s birth details.

Editing and deletion

Edit your own details under Profile and birth details in More. Saved people can be deleted individually, and the in-app data copy can be deleted separately. Delete on-device information in More removes your profile, entry progress, saved people and in-app data copy. Language preferences and information copied or sent outside the app are separate. You will need to re-enter the required details to use chart and compatibility readings after deletion.

Changes to data handling require an updated policy and version. The document version and preparation date appear below. Reading this document is not consent to new processing that requires consent.

Retention and deletion of operational backups

Copies held by the operator For disaster recovery, operator Lee Sungjun (Republic of Korea) keeps encrypted server operational backups on an access-restricted operator PC and separate backup storage. These may contain account identifiers, access grants, coupon and purchase-processing records. Birth information and saved people held only in the app are not uploaded for this purpose. 31-day review basis The operator reviews and removes server operational backup copies on a 31-day basis from their original creation time, including copies on managed PCs and external storage. Copying, downloading or refreshing tools does not restart the period. This is an operator-managed process, not automatic deletion. Account deletion and older copies After an account is deleted from the service, historical account records may remain in an older encrypted backup until cleanup. Service account deletion is not immediate erasure of every backup copy. Accounts or grants reintroduced by a restore must not simply be returned to service. Before reopening after a restore Before customer access, payments or coupon processing resume, reconcile account deletions, grant and refund changes since the snapshot, and actual provider and coupon states. If the deletion and change history cannot be verified, keep service closed until reconciliation is complete. Other backups and contact This criterion applies to operator-held server operational data copies. Temporary information for eligibility checks

The form uses only an age band, current residence country and a declaration of local civil majority. It does not collect an exact date of birth or identity document. Selections are held temporarily during the current app journey, not saved or sent to the server. These facts are not inferred from chart birth details, device or app language, Google account or Play country. This is separate from the Google account data and server purchase processing described elsewhere. A declaration does not verify identity, age or guardian consent, or grant premium access.
